Switch Save Cloud Backup with JKSV

JKSV can send your Nintendo Switch save backups beyond the SD card, to Google Drive or to any WebDAV server you choose. That turns a local backup habit into real protection against a failed card, a lost console or corrupted storage. This hub gathers every cloud guide on the site in one place. If you have not installed JKSV yet, start with the download page, make one local backup, then work through the guides below.

Choosing a backend

Using pCloud with JKSV

pCloud is a popular backend for JKSV because it offers WebDAV access and lifetime plans alongside subscriptions, so a save archive can sit in one place for years without another monthly bill. Two facts matter: pCloud’s WebDAV addresses are webdav.pcloud.com (or ewebdav.pcloud.com for European accounts), and WebDAV has required a paid plan since February 2022. You can sign up via our pCloud link. Disclosure: that is an affiliate link and this site may earn a commission if you sign up through it, at no extra cost to you. The full walkthrough is the pCloud guide linked above.

Whichever backend you choose, keep local backups enabled as well. Cloud copies survive lost hardware; local copies restore instantly. JKSV is built to keep both.
